Our School
The central focus of the
McElhatton School is the instruction of correct technique and the
traditions of Irish Dance in a supportive and disciplined
environment.
Each student receives individually
tailored instruction within a group setting. Our students compete at feisanna
(Irish Dance competitions) and are given opportunities to dance publicly.
We have performed at weddings, social events, fundraisers,
seniors’ lodges, churches, schools, and festivals. Our school is affiliated with the Tir Eoghain Irish Dance
Society which undertakes fundraising initiatives to support our
students.
